Step 1

First of all, take a pan, put it on medium heat, put the bacon in it, and let it heat well, it will become crispy in 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 2

After it becomes crisp, take it out of the pan and put it in a big one in which it can fit.

Take 3 tablespoons of the bacon, it will have drippings in the pan.

Take a pan, big enough (can accommodate shrimp), and put oil or butter in it. When the oil or butter is well heated, then put the Shrimp in it.

Step 5

Take a vessel, put Cajun salt, season, and shrimp in it, and keep it aside for 4 to 5 minutes.

Now put onion, parsley, garlic, paprika, green onion, and capsicum in the pan and cook well.

If you feel that I have to add some broth to it then you can add ΒΌ cup broth (as per your wish). Leave it for three minutes. You can add shrimp with lemon juice at the end. Lemon adds flavor to your recipes

When the grits are ready to be cooked, it has to be boiled well, after that it has to be taken down and kept covered. If you want, you can keep stirring it well.

If you find that the amount of water in it is more, then keep stirring it and it will gradually become thick. It will thicken for at least 14 to 15 minutes.

Now you have to make cheese and butter and add it after taking the grits down from the flame.

Keep stirring the whisk well until the cheese melts in it. Now take a bowl, pour the grits on the bottom, then add the sauce and shrimp.
