Salted Caramel Sauce is my favorite of all sauces. No other sauce in the market can compete with homemade caramel sauce as much as you want. Because everyone knows that any recipe or dish made at home is tasty and most importantly healthy.
To make it, melt the sugar. For this, you will need some material like a small pot, a wooden spoon, or a heatproof spatula. The melting of sugar is what we call caramelization.
After the sugar has melted, stir in the butter, and then add it to the cream and let it boil for a while. Finally, add salt as per your taste. That’s it, your caramel is ready.

Now we will understand all the above discussion in detail, which will make it easier for you too to make this sauce. So let’s start.
Needed Items (Ingredients):
- Unsalted Butter (Cubed): 6 tablespoons
- Heavy Cream: 1/2 cup
- Sea Salt: 1 teaspoon (Use According to Your Taste)
- Granulated Sugar: 1 cup
Instructions For Making Salted Caramel Sauce:

Step 1
First of all, take a deep saucepan and put sugar in it and keep that saucepan on medium heat. Now let it heat up and keep stirring the sugar too.
Step 2
After a while, the sugar in the saucepan will melt. And its color will be deep amber. It may take at least 9 to 10 minutes for all this to happen.
Step 3
After the sugar melts, quickly take the saucepan off the heat. Instead of that, put butter in a saucepan and keep it on the flame for melting.
Step 4
While melting the butter, add some cream in between. Keep in mind that while mixing the cream, do not be in any hurry, mix the cream slowly and slowly. Keep on stirring so that the mixture becomes smooth.
Step 5
If you feel that the mixture has become smooth, then add salt according to your taste.
Step 6
Now your Salted Caramel Sauce is ready. If you want, you can use it immediately. If you want, you can store it in the fridge for 14 to 15 days, for this you will need an airtight container. But, before storing it you have to let it cool down.
