Step 1

First of all, take a saucepan, put it on the heat (the heat has to be kept medium), and mix sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder with it and mix it well until it becomes smooth.

Step 2

The mixture that has been prepared has to be stirred continuously and allowed to heat up, keeping in mind that the flame has to be kept at a medium level. A time will come when it will boil well. When it starts boiling, take the saucepan off the heat immediately.

Step 3

Take it off the heat and let it cool down, for that you can keep it at room temperature.

Now take a big bowl and put butter in it and make the butter fluffy, for that you have to beat the butter lightly.

When the butter puffs are ready, add the cooled cocoa mixture to it and mix well without leaving any lumps.
